The DO Tanks

bring together members eager to co-construct an informed reflection on a common subject, around the themes of emerging technologies and new uses, based on “Real Life” experiences in order to produce a deliverable for the entire IMA community (8 groups)

DO Tanks are at the heart of the tremendous added value that IMA represents, this valorization of the collective intelligence of our members, who through their commitment, altruism and benevolence allow the creation of quality content, shared and published for the benefit of the entire IMA community.

Open Source

ALTERNATIVE to BUILD and BUY approaches: THE OPEN SOURCE of CO CONSTRUCTION between large groups/“Prospective reflections”

Are open-source co-construction approaches a way of reconciling cost control, sovereignty and taking control of one's destiny?
How to convince your hierarchy!

The BUILD and the BUY each have advantages and disadvantages: For the BUILD: difficulty in controlling quality, deadlines, costs, in making the investment profitable For the BUY: Difficulties of the Solutions in staying in line with the evolution of business needs. Process Mining

Process Mining, linked to data mining and a sub-field of Business Analytics (business analysis), is an analysis method that aims to discover, supervise, and improve real business processes by extracting useful knowledge from a company's event logging systems.

Process mining establishes a crucial link between real-time events and operational business processes. Process mining is an approach that looks at log event data to find out what a company's employees are doing and how exactly.

By analyzing the steps required to complete a task or project, process mining automatically establishes the process. As this data is collected, it can uncover bottlenecks and efficiency losses that create barriers to productivity and profitability.

Technology radar

“From follows functions” also applies to the Technological Radar, which can be a tool for alerting, lobbying, popularizing or even sharing. Depending on the objective pursued, the ways of instructing, disseminating, maintaining and the scope can vary considerably.

The idea here is to create a typical technological radar format in common with the companies that participate in it!

Our Members Recommend Us

“The IMA DO Tanks allow major groups and administrations to move forward and to work together on new topics with potential for innovation. These sessions allow you to share your evaluations and recommendations of innovative actors, to share your positive but also negative experiences, and to identify converging needs. These DO TANKS are all forums in which the subjects of joint experiments and the sharing of POCs can germinate.”

Jean-François Duroch
Innovation Manager
TECHNIPFMC

“The IMA is a catalyst for Collective Intelligence in the service of the acceleration of projects. Capitalising on everyone's feedback makes it possible to identify solutions that really work and not to waste unnecessary time evaluating solutions that don't know how to keep their promises.”
